- The CCU unit is a central self contained elctrical, air, water, and chemical assembly.
Its main function is to centralize the components so that the plumber and
electrican only connect to a single inlet. This saves time and money
as there is no need for wall mounted accessories and long runs. There is no need for a
step ladder to reach components that need servicing.
- The chemical delivery system is mounted to the main frame and
pre plumbed and wired.
- The framework is 4 x 4 steel tubing welded together to create a stand for
all of the components.
- Similar to the chemical delivery system the air control valves are
mounted to the main frame and pre plumbed and prewired.
- The main electrical panel is ul certified with a thru the door main disconnect.
- The car wash controller is pre wired to the electrical panel. It sets along
the side for easy servicing and protected from direct exposure to high voltage.
- The main water service point is 1 1/2", the air connection is 3/4"
The elctrical is determined by the components ordered.
