The tire shiner is designed to capture overflow tire shiner chemical
This is is accomplished by a patented feature our spring loaded catch pan.
which is located underneath the rotating brush.
What makes our tire shiner different from our competition
is the decreased use of chemical by capturing the overflow.
The arms pivot on a set of 1 " pillow block bearings.
top and bottom for stability and reliability.
The 8" x 104"brush spins on a 1 1/4 dia shaft with 1 1/4" bearings.
The structure is constructed with 6061 aircraft grade aluminum.
The unit can be ordered as electric or hydraulic drive
The power unit is standard with the hydraulic driven tire shiner.
