Performance Car Wash Systems Wrap around Washer information
Part of our automatic car wash systems line
- The wrap around washer is designed to wash the front,sides,and rear.
An air cylinder controls the washing pressure against the surface.
A quick exhaust valve on the cylinder allows for quick pressure release.
- What makes our wrap around washer different from our competition,
the support structure is fabricated from 6" 6061 aircraft grade aluminum
The arm is fabricated from 6 x 4" 6061 rectangular tubing.
- We designed the arm to pivot on 1 1/2" pillow block bearings
for reliability.
- The brush spins on a 1 1/2 dia shaft with a 48" diameter soft
foam material on a 10" core. The top 2/3 of the brush is tapered
and supported by a 6" C channel core.
- The unit can be ordered as electric or hydraulic drive configurations.
